The new owners and staff of the Hideaway Restaurant are proud to announce that they are finally open! Located in the Glen Cove Marina, on the north shore of Nassau County, New York, the Hideaway has built a reputation of serving up some of Glen Cove's finest food throughout the year. The new owners expect to not only live up to the reputation of the prior restaurant, but to exceed it
in every respect.
 
Lifetime local resident and award-winning chef, Dave Newkirk, is putting the finishing touches on a team that will create every dish using only the freshest, finest ingredients. The "new" Hideaway will serve only the choicest meats and seafood, freshest vegetables, breads and pastas. Our revised menu will provide reasonably-priced, hearty fare that is sure to please even the most discriminating palates.
